REST AND WELLNESS AS AN ACT OF RESISTANCE

In this interactive workshop, we want to explore the intersections of rest, wellness, and resistance within the context of decolonizing approaches of Social Justice Embodiment. Participants will delve into the practice of Somatic Abolitionism and challenge mainstream norms of resistance. We will excavate decolonial ideas and practice how to revive community practices for well-being and resistance.
