In this workshop Rory will show you how to make a sweet lil balloon dog. Your challenge is then to keep your pup alive and well for the duration of the festival, with the chance of winning Bronze, Silver and Golden awards. But wait, there’s more! Each year one lucky contestant will win The Golden Balloon Pump- the coveted prize for outstanding achievement.
