Ruby Savage’s journey in the music industry began at Honest Jon’s Record store in London, where her love for soul, jazz, disco, dub, and dance music flourished. She later managed Theo Parrish’s record label, Sounds Signature, influencing her own craft. As the label manager at Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Recordings, Ruby’s leadership played a pivotal role in the label’s success and led her to become a radio host on Worldwide FM and NTS Radio. The uplifting and infectious energy Ruby brings to the dance have taken her on club and festival tours around the world and, in 2019, Ruby was included in Evening Standard’s list of London’s Most Influential People in music.
