An underground agitator hailing from Lisbon, Bruno Trigo Gonçalves, aka Phoebe, is the founder of Troublemaker Records, collective member of Rádio Quântica and the Planeta Manas space as well as a resident DJ at mina. He plays energetic upbeat techno and house, with eclectic crossovers ranging across many club sounds.
