From Petah Tikva to Ft. Lauderdale to a carefully managed escape to NYC in 1988, Liad Krispin is by no means your typical “old-school” DJ. In 1997, with the support of a few close DJ friends, he launched Hamsa, a much-loved underground party. In 2008, Liad moved to Berlin where he spent the next 15 years cultivating his current sound & style. His musical taste spans over 4 decades and 3 continents to provide an eclectic-yet-always-evolving influence that is rooted in underground dance music and stretches from Disco to House to Techno and everything in between. Liad currently resides in Basel and travels often to his previous hometown of Berlin to play as part of his longtime residence at the infamous Cocktail d’Amore party or simply to get his Berlin dancefloor fix.
